Dispatch

All in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours from order placement. Some specialty or pre-order items may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified accordingly. Orders are primarily shipped on weekdays.

How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing Time: 1-7 business days
Note: Processing times may be extended for high-demand or customized products. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a partial shipping refund may be offered.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by public holidays, destination restrictions (especially for locations outside the USA and Canada), weather conditions, or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped via Postal Service or DHL. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring successful delivery. If a parcel needs to be re-delivered, the customer must arrange and cover the cost.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure, we will contact the customer for re-delivery arrangements. Refunds are not available for return-to-sender parcels.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

Customers should use tracking tools to monitor their shipments. Akane.store is not responsible for delivery failures caused by postal services or DHL. If a package is marked as delivered but is lost afterward, we cannot offer compensation.

In-Person Pickups

As an online store, we do not provide in-person pickups or order previews. However, if you have an urgent request, email us, and we will try to accommodate your needs.
